We Have a 30 day Exchange/Return Policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a "Return or Exchange". No CASH refunds all returns will be for Store Credit, all items must be returned in the condition received, all tags must be attached with original staples, and packaging and tags attatched. All items are to be returned unworn and unused free of stains, pet hair and free of smoke & holes. Please try on all clothing with care. you will also need proof of purchase and receipt. Please see below for non returnable items your return must be mailed back to Cali Vibez 215 South Main St Willits, Ca 95490 or dropped off during business hours. All shipping fees that occur during a return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, any  jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), any handmade and air brushed items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
